A native of Western North Carolina, Bethany completed her degree from the College of Business at Western Carolina University. Her professional career began in 2001 when she joined Drake Software as a Sales Representative, a role she would hold for 23 years before becoming an Education Specialist. Throughout her sales career at Drake, she has played a pivotal role in transitioning thousands of preparers to the company’s tax solutions.
Over the years, Bethany has built strong relationships with preparers and accountants, gaining invaluable experience through industry tradeshows, professional organizations, and one-on-one interactions. As a long-tenured member of the Drake team, she has seen the industry evolve and understands the needs of clients at every level. Bethany is deeply committed to customer service and believes that taking care of the client comes first.
